Scope of Service

These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. They cover all of our services, whether they are given directly or indirectly (through third parties) over the internet, on mobile devices, by phone, email, or text message.

Services and Contract

On the Roomsnappr website, you have the ability to compare third party services via the Roomsnappr system.

For some hotels, users can also book the chosen hotel directly through a third-party hotel booking site (called "Roomsnappr Express Booking"). So, the reservation will be made on the hotel reservation site instead of the sample sites. In this case, Roomsnappr is not the travel company or the party that the user is contracting with; it is just an agent that connects the user to a third-party site for booking a room. People who book on the third party's website agree to follow its rules. You can read these terms and conditions on the third party's website. When someone books something on a third-party website, a contract is made between that website and the user. However, there is no contract between the user and Roomsnappr. If a person makes a hotel reservation, they should file a claim against the third party (the booking site), not Roomsnappr. This is because Roomsnappr is not a party to the hotel reservation.

This agreement is not affected by any other agreements between the hotel and users.

Roomsnappr Community and Member Area

Users can either join the Roomsnappr Community (from now on, "Community") or make an account in the test Member Area. When people sign up for the Community, they can post their own content and use the administrative tools to help shape the platform's future. People who haven't signed up can read the material on Roomsnappr for free.

People who use the free Member Area can manage their searches and save them. People are asked to give personal information in order to make an account. Aside from the user's name, no other personal information can be seen. To find out more, please read our privacy policy. If the user deletes their account, all of their info will be gone for good.

A person cannot sign up more than once. The person using the service is in charge of making sure that their personal information is correct and full.

This person is in charge of keeping their account information, especially their password, secret. They are also in charge of how their account is used by third parties and Roomsnapprs. The person shouldn't give this information to other people to use.

If someone uses the Roomsnappr services without permission or with the wrong username and password, the authorized user must tell Roomsnappr right away.

Privacy, Email Advertisements

Roomsnappr cares very much about keeping the personal information of its users safe. Because of this, Roomsnappr does everything it can to make sure it follows data security rules. Please read our privacy policy to find out more.

Roomsnappr collects, processes and uses your personal data (hereafter “data”) only if we have obtained your consent or a statutory provision allows for the collection, processing or use of your data.

Roomsnappr will only raise, process and use data necessary for the provision of the services rendered by Roomsnappr, for the use and operation of the websites / apps and the services offered. For the use of the ‘Roomsnappr Express Booking’ facility, the user expressly agrees to the processing of his/her credit card data by Roomsnappr N.V., which may relay these to the hotel booking sites for completing the hotel reservation.

If the user has agreed to receive information about Roomsnappr during registration for the Community or at another time using Roomsnappr’s services, the user will receive periodic product information. The consent may be revoked at any time by written communication or by email. The consent to receive emails follows after the confirmation email from Roomsnappr is sent. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be registered to receive newsletters.

User Obligations

The user is responsible for the acquisition of rights to the content (text, photos, reviews, links, etc.) they upload to Roomsnappr. They ensure that they have all the rights in respect to the content they publish on the Roomsnappr platform and thereby do not violate the rights of any third parties.

The user guarantees not to use the Roomsnappr services to create content that:

• is advertising disguised as reviews,
• does not have specific content for a reviewed item,
• is not objective or intentionally untrue,
• immoral, pornographic or in any other way offensive,
• infringes upon the rights of third parties, in particular copyright,
• violates applicable laws in any way or constitutes a criminal offense,
• contains viruses or other computer programmes that may damage software or hardware or that may affect the use of computers,
• is a survey or chain letter,
• is aimed at collecting or using personal data from other users, especially for commercial purposes.

The user promises not to use any programs or functions that automatically make page views or material for the Roomsnappr.

Violation of the terms and conditions means that Roomsnappr can remove material without giving a reason, hold payments earned in the Roomsnappr Community, and ban members from Roomsnappr for good. The right to bring criminal charges against someone stays the same.

Termination

Roomsnappr can block a user and delete their account within a week of getting news about bad behavior on the website. During the same time period, the person can also end their own access and registration. The right to be fired right away for good reason stays the same.

Liability

Roomsnappr is not responsible for the truth, quality, completeness, dependability, or credibility of the material posted by users and/or booking sites. In particular, Roomsnappr doesn't give any tips or information about how to choose accommodations.

Any deals made through this service are only between the Roomsnappr user and the external contracting booking site in question. On top of that, Roomsnappr never acts as a tour agency or organizer. The rules set by the event organizer or travel agent are the only ones that matter, especially when it comes to the right to cancel and withdraw. The contracting booking site is the person to talk to about bookings, fees, and any questions you have about the contract. sample is not involved in any of the agreements, contracts, or claims that are made between the sample user and the external booking site.

The Roomsnappr doesn't check the accuracy of the information that booking sites or community members post. This information comes from booking sites or the community and will be used on our website with credit to the appropriate hotel. Roomsnappr doesn't have any effect on this data (like pictures, comments, reviews, etc.). The fact that user-generated content and stories are posted on Roomsnappr doesn't mean that Roomsnappr agrees with them or claims that they are their own.

It's important to note that hypertext links, advertising banners, and information about hotels, trip destinations, or service providers, among other things, come from booking sites and community members and don't reflect suggestions or information from Roomsnappr. Because of how they are set up, the prices we get from booking sites are not updated in real time. Because of this, it's possible that the price shown on the booking site is different from the price shown on the test sites. Roomsnappr doesn't promise that the information is correct, especially when it comes to costs and availability.

When something goes wrong with the technology and Roomsnappr isn't to blame, or when something outside of Roomsnappr's control causes damage, Roomsnappr isn't responsible. Even though Roomsnappr doesn't promise that data will always be available, technical work can happen at any time.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

When you use Roomsnappr, the latest terms and conditions apply. Emails are sent to registered users when changes are made. The most up-to-date terms and conditions can be downloaded and printed by users.
