Standard Cancellation Policy

Standard Rooms: If you cancel your reservation up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled check-in time, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Suites and Premium Rooms: If you cancel your reservation up to three days before the scheduled check-in time, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If you cancel your reservation less than the stipulated amount of time before the check-in date, you will be charged an amount that is comparable to one night's stay.

In the event that you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without providing prior notification, you will be subject to a fee that is equal to the total value of the first night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rates

Non-Refundable Bookings There are some promotional rates that cannot be refunded. Any changes or cancellations made to these reservations will result in the loss of the total sum that was paid for them.

Changes to Reservations

Change Period Alterations to your reservation, such as a change in the dates or the type of hotel, can be adjusted without incurring any fees up to forty-eight hours before the scheduled check-in date, provided that there is availability.

Late Changes If you request a change less than forty-eight hours before your scheduled check-in time, you may be subject to additional fees and availability restrictions.

Group Reservations

The cancellation and change rules that we have in place for group bookings apply to reservations that include five or more rooms. In order to obtain details on our terms and conditions, please contact our bookings staff.

How to Cancel or Change Your Booking

Create a new reservation or cancel an existing one by logging in to your account on our website and going to the section that contains the information of your booking.

Refund Process

Processing Time Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Payment Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
